Brightown solar string lights turn a garden, balcony or patio into something worth sitting in after dark. Clear crystal globes are threaded along a slim copper wire that all but disappears in daylight, so what you see at night is a line of floating points of light rather than a visible cable. The solar panel charges through the day and the lights switch themselves on at dusk, with no plug, no timer to set and no extension lead trailing across the lawn.
