Acorn Harvest String Lights, Battery

A string of moulded three-dimensional acorns, each lit from inside, in a battery-powered version that needs no socket and no cable run. That is the difference between this and a mains or USB set: it can go on a mantelpiece across the room from any power point, into the middle of a table, along a shelf or around a banister without a wire trailing back to the wall.

The acorn is a harvest motif rather than a holiday-specific one, so the set carries from early autumn through Thanksgiving and on into Christmas beside warm white decorations, and it looks like a considered seasonal choice rather than a novelty. A remote control is included, which matters most in exactly the places a battery set goes: wound into a garland, tucked behind a centrepiece or along the back of a shelf where a switch would be unreachable. Use it in a lantern, along a table runner, around a mirror or through an autumn wreath.

Batteries are not included. Suitable for indoor use and for sheltered outdoor use only; keep the battery compartment dry and never leave it exposed to rain. Keep batteries and small parts away from young children and pets, and keep the cable out of their reach.
