White Rattan Pendant Light
White rattan behaves differently from natural rattan in a room, and the difference is worth understanding before choosing. Natural fibre adds warmth and a visible colour; white fibre adds only texture. Against a white ceiling the shade almost dissolves, leaving the weave pattern floating without a strong outline, which is exactly what a Japandi or Scandinavian room usually wants.
That makes it a safer choice in a small or already busy space. A coastal-chic bedroom, a beach-style kitchen island, a minimalist living room: in all of them the white shade contributes the handmade quality of the weave without introducing another tone to coordinate. It also holds up in more eclectic and maximalist rooms, where it acts as a quiet element among louder ones.
Three diameters are offered, 40, 50 and 60 cm, which covers a bedside, a table for four and a full living-room feature respectively. Bulb not included; use a warm white LED, since a cool one on a white weave can read as clinical. Indoor use only, since rattan takes up moisture. Dust with a dry soft brush, and expect a white finish to show marks more readily than a natural one.
