Rattan Bell Shape Pendant Fixture
42 cm wide and 53 cm tall, this bell sits between the tall narrow pendants and the wide shallow ones: deep enough to contain the source properly, wide enough to light a table beneath it. If you are choosing one woven pendant for a room and would rather not think hard about proportion, this is the safe geometry, and it is why the bell shape has lasted.
Two finishes change what it does. Natural rattan reads warm and rustic, blending with timber and pale walls. Black turns the same shade minimalist and modern, holding a hard outline against white plaster and pairing with dark joinery or metal fittings. The weave is identical in both; only the tone decides which room it belongs in.
Both finishes come hardwired or plug-in, at the same price, so the choice is purely about the room. Bulbs are not included, since a woven shade travels badly with one fitted; an energy-saving LED or incandescent bulb of 60 W or less is recommended. Indoor use only, since rattan takes up moisture. Dust with a dry soft brush, more often on the black.
