Two sizes, both large: 55 cm across and 70 cm across, in a tall cage-like weave that runs 30 to 40 cm deep. This is the fixture you hang when a normal pendant has looked lost in the room. Over a wide island or a long table, a shade this size stops the ceiling from reading as empty and gives the whole space a centre.
The cage weave leaves wide gaps between the rattan strips, which matters at this scale. A solid shade of the same size would block a lot of light and cast a heavy shadow overhead; an open cage lets the light out sideways as well as down, so the room stays evenly lit and the fixture stays visually light despite its bulk. From below the strips read as a clear radial pattern.
Both sizes are available hardwired or plug-in. Hang the 55 cm over a standard island or a table for four to six; the 70 cm needs a wide island, a long table, or a room with a ceiling above the standard height. Bulb not included; a warm white LED suits the eco-friendly natural rattan. Indoor use only. Dust with a dry soft brush and keep it away from steam and damp.
