Wine Bottle Cluster Pendant Light

Shades drawn as simplified wine bottles, hung together in a cluster 50 cm across with a full 118 cm drop. The bottle form is instantly readable without being literal, and the long drop is what makes the piece: at 118 cm the shades hang well below the ceiling and the cluster fills vertical space that would otherwise be empty.

That drop dictates where it belongs. Over a dining table it hangs low enough for the shades to sit near eye level, which is where the shape can actually be seen. In a stairwell or a double-height hallway it fills a void that most fittings cannot reach. Over a kitchen island or a bar it does the obvious job with a nod to what is being poured underneath it. The colours are soft macaron tones rather than bright ones, so the cluster reads as a considered decorative choice rather than a novelty, and the wood detailing warms the whole piece.
