Wide Natural Woven Wicker Pendant
60 cm wide and 33 cm deep: a wide shade in a single size, offered in natural or black. There is something to be said for a fixture that does not ask you to choose a diameter. This one is sized for the job most people are buying for, which is a dining table or a kitchen island of ordinary width, and it takes the guesswork out of the decision entirely.
The proportion, roughly two to one, is the middle ground between a shallow umbrella and a deep basket. It spreads light comfortably across a table without leaving the edges dark, and it hangs low enough to feel like a proper pendant without dropping into your sightline across the table. That is the reason this proportion recurs so often.
Natural reads warm and rustic; black turns the same shade graphic and modern, and pairs with dark cabinetry or metal fittings. Both are available hardwired or plug-in, at the same price, so the choice is purely about the room. Bulbs are not included, for safety in shipping; energy-saving LED or incandescent bulbs of 60 W or less are recommended. Indoor use only, since wicker takes up moisture. Dust with a dry soft brush.
