Moon Wall Lamp, Dimmable

A textured grey disc mounted flat to the wall, lit so the surface reads as the face of the moon. The texture is moulded into the acrylic rather than printed on, so it catches light unevenly across the surface and holds up to being looked at closely, which is what separates this from a plain lit circle.

Five diameters are offered, from 24 cm up to a full metre. The 24 cm size is a bedside or accent light, and works well in a group of three at different points on a wall. At 50 and 60 cm it is the main feature of a child's room or a bedroom wall. At 80 and 100 cm it is a genuine installation piece for a living room, a stairwell or a corridor with a long blank wall. All sizes are brightness dimmable and carry three light colours, so the same fitting can be a soft night light at its lowest warm setting and a proper room light at its brightest cool one, which is exactly what a child's room needs.

Made from acrylic and aluminium. This is a light fitting, not a toy, and must be mounted securely into a suitable wall fixing, out of reach in a child's room. Check that your dimmer or controller is compatible before installing. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician, and the wall fixing must be rated for the weight in the larger sizes.
