Tiered Louvered Hive Pendant Light
A sleek dome cap anchored above a cascade of louvered tiers, each ring set slightly wider than the one above it. Louvering is a mid-century Scandinavian solution to a real problem: by stacking angled rings around the bulb, the fitting lets light out sideways and downwards while blocking any direct view of the source, so it is completely glare-free from every normal viewing angle.
That is what makes it worth choosing over a plain shade. Hung low over a dining table you can look straight across at it without discomfort, which very few pendants allow, and the light that escapes between the tiers gives the room a warm banded glow rather than one flat pool. Two light options are offered. Warm light is the traditional choice and suits a dining room or a bedroom used mainly in the evening. Tri-colour lets you switch between warm, neutral and cool from the wall switch, which makes the same fitting work over a kitchen island where you need bright light for cooking and something softer afterwards.
Intended for indoor use in dry locations only. If you choose the tri-colour version, check that your switch or controller is compatible before installing. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician, and the ceiling fixing must be rated for the weight of the fitting.
