Crystal Dandelion Firework Chandelier

Fine metallic branches radiate from a central gold hub, each one tipped with a crystal, so the fitting reads as a dandelion head caught mid-air or as a firework frozen at the moment it opens. Because the branches are slim and the crystals small, the piece has almost no visual mass: from below it is mostly light and air with points of brightness scattered through it.

The crystals do the work. Each one catches the light and throws it outwards, so the room gets small moving points of brightness on the ceiling and walls rather than one flat pool below the fitting. Four diameters are offered, from 40 cm up to 65 cm. The 40 and 50 cm sizes suit a bedroom, a hallway or a smaller dining table; 55 and 65 cm have the spread for a living room or a full dining table. As a rough guide over a table, choose a diameter around half the table's width, and hang the lowest crystals well clear of head height.

Crystals are set by hand, so slight variation is normal. Bulbs are not included. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician, and the ceiling fixing must be rated for the full weight of the fitting. Clean only with the power isolated, and handle the branches gently, as they are fine by design.
