K9 crystal is the grade that matters here. It is an optical glass with a high, lead-free refractive index, cut rather than moulded, which is why the facets throw sharp points of light instead of the dull glow pressed glass gives. Diamond-cut means the facets meet at defined angles, and that geometry is what produces the sparkle rather than the material alone.
Three widths are offered at the same 23 cm height: 18, 25 and 32 cm. All three are single-light fixtures, so the crystals surround one source, which concentrates the refraction rather than diluting it across several bulbs. A row of the 18 cm over an island gives repeated points of sparkle; the 32 cm works alone over a table.
Two metal finishes are offered. Black keeps the fixture graphic and contemporary against the crystal; gold, closer to the antique copper of the original, warms it and reads more traditional.
