A heavy moulded shade in crystal-grade clear glass with a concave optical dimple pressed into its face. The dimple is not decoration: it is a lens, and it refracts the light outwards into brilliant circular patterns rather than letting it pass straight through, which is what makes this fitting worth having over a plain clear shade.
It works as a wall sconce or a flush ceiling light from the same fitting, which makes it unusually flexible: the same design can run along a corridor at wall height and continue overhead into the room beyond. Three frame finishes are offered, black, white and grey, and four light options: warm for a soft domestic glow, cold for a crisp modern effect, neutral for everyday use, and an RGB version if you want to change the colour of the room. Because the glass is clear and transmits the maximum amount of light, this is a brighter fitting than most decorative sconces, which makes it genuinely useful in a hallway, a bathroom lobby or a stairwell.
Glass is moulded individually, so slight variation is normal. Intended for indoor use in dry locations only. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician, and where the fitting is used near a bathroom it must be installed only in a position permitted by the wiring regulations in your country and never where it would be exposed to direct water or spray.
