Green and brown together is a mid-century colour pairing that fell out of favour and has come back, and it works for a specific reason: the two are close enough on the spectrum not to clash, and far enough apart to read as deliberate. Blended in glass, they produce a shade with real depth rather than a flat tint.
The blend is in the material rather than painted on, so the tones shift across the surface and through the thickness of the glass. Light passing through picks up both, which means what lands on the table below is warmer and more complex than either colour alone would give. It is a nostalgic effect without being a reproduction of any particular period fixture.
Two shapes are offered at the same 30 cm diameter, A at 32 cm tall and B at 36 cm, both at the same price. The taller version hangs lower and works better in a room with height; the shorter is the safer choice under a standard ceiling.
