Luxury Ribbed Clear Glass Pendant
One shade, a hundred combinations. The glass is fixed: a 25 x 20 cm ribbed clear shade, the ribs running vertically so they catch light along their length and break the view of the bulb into a series of soft vertical bands. Everything else about the fixture is a choice you make, which is unusual at this price and genuinely useful.
There are twenty fabric cord options, from plain blacks, greys and linens through greens, blues, rust, burgundy and poppy red, and several twisted and striped weaves. Five metal finishes complete it: brass, copper, nickel, bronze and OE brass. Every combination costs the same, so you specify on how it should look in the room rather than on budget.
That matters more than it sounds. A ribbed glass shade is a neutral object; the cord and the metal are what tie it to the room, and being able to match a rust cord to a rust wall or a nickel fitting to nickel taps is what separates a fixture that looks chosen from one that looks bought. Bulb not included; a warm white LED suits ribbed glass. Indoor use; wipe with a soft dry cloth.
