Crystal Flower Starburst Flush Mount

Crystal flowers set on brass stems radiating from a central hub, mounted flush to the ceiling. The starburst arrangement spreads the crystals outwards so the fitting fills a wide circle of ceiling, and each flower catches and refracts the light independently, which is what produces the scattered points of brightness across the ceiling and walls.

Because it is a flush fitting at only 24.5 cm deep, it delivers the effect of a crystal chandelier in a room that could never take one. That is the practical case for it: a bedroom, a kitchen, a hallway or a dining room with a standard ceiling can have refracted crystal light without anything hanging into the space. Three diameters are offered. At 32 cm it works in a bedroom or a hallway; at 48 cm over a dining table or in a mid-sized living room; at 60 cm as the main light in a large living or dining room. The brass warms the whole fitting and stops the crystal from reading as cold.

Crystals are set by hand, so slight variation is normal, and they are fragile: handle with care during installation. Bulb is not included; energy-saving LED or incandescent bulbs of 60 W or less are recommended. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician, and the ceiling fixing must be rated for the weight of the fitting.
