Triple Glass Cylinder Pendant Light

Three slender glass cylinders hung together from one fixing, each one a full column rather than a shallow shade. The proportion is the point: cylinders this tall hold the bulb well inside the glass, so there is no glare from the side, and the fitting reads as three vertical lines of light rather than three bright spots.

Three colours are offered and each changes the room differently. Green is the freshest and works as a natural pop of colour against white walls and pale timber. Orange is warmer and more retro, and suits a room with wood, brass and darker tones. Grey is the neutral, and lets the shape carry the fitting on its own. Because the three cylinders hang at slightly different heights, the piece has depth from the side as well as spread from below, which makes it a good choice over a dining table, a kitchen island or a stairwell where it will be seen from more than one level.

Glass is formed and tinted individually, so slight variation in tone and thickness between the three cylinders is normal and is part of the material. Bulbs are not included. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician, and the ceiling fixing must be rated for the full weight of the fitting.
