Most multi-light pendants ask you to accept whatever arrangement they come in. This one does the opposite: thick raw jute hemp rope is wrapped over flexible internal cabling, so each arm holds its shape wherever you put it. You decide how far each light drops, how wide the spread runs and whether the whole thing hangs loose and casual or is pulled taut into a deliberate geometric web across the ceiling.
Four configurations are available, with six, eight, ten or twelve lights. Six is enough for a stairwell or a corner of a living room; eight and ten suit a dining table or a kitchen island; and twelve is a genuine statement across an open-plan ceiling or a double-height space. The natural jute brings warmth and texture that a bare metal cord never manages, which is why it sits so well in coastal, rustic and industrial rooms alike, and against exposed brick, timber and raw plaster.
Bulbs are not included; exposed filament-style bulbs suit the raw rope best. Hemp is a natural fibre, so colour and texture vary slightly along each rope. Keep the rope clear of heat sources and use bulbs that run cool. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician, and each ceiling fixing point must be rated for the weight it carries.
