Beige Fabric Circular Pendant Light

A plain circular fabric shade in a soft beige, with no detailing of any kind. It is deliberately undemanding, and that is what makes it useful: a simple round shade in a neutral colour complements almost any interior, from strict modern minimalism to Nordic and to something softer and more traditional, without ever being the thing you notice first.

Beige rather than white is the decision that matters. White fabric can read cold and clinical under an LED; beige warms the light as it passes through, so when the fitting is switched on the room gets a soft honeyed glow rather than a flat wash. Three sizes are offered. At 40 by 18 cm it suits a bedroom, a hallway or a child's room. At 50 by 22 cm it works over a dining table or in a mid-sized living room. At 60 by 25 cm it has the scale to hold a large living room or a wide seating group on its own.

Fabric shades vary very slightly in tone between batches. Bulb is not included. Keep fabric shades clear of heat and use a bulb that runs cool. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician, and the ceiling fixing must be rated for the weight of the fitting.
