Ultra-Thin Wood LED Ceiling Light

Real wood cut into a flat geometric flower and mounted almost against the ceiling, between 7 and 10 cm deep depending on size. Ultra-thin is the selling point: a fitting this shallow gives you a designed ceiling in a room with no height to spare, where a pendant would be out of the question and a plain flat panel would add nothing.

The LED source is integrated and sits behind the wood, so the light is emitted around and through the cut pattern rather than from a visible lamp. That gives an even, glare-free wash across the ceiling with the wood reading as a warm silhouette in the middle of it. Three sizes are offered, at 40, 60 and 80 cm across. The 40 cm suits a bedroom, a hallway or a study; 60 cm a living room or a mid-sized office; and 80 cm a large living room or an open-plan space. Two finishes are available: natural wood, which is pale and Scandinavian, and dark wood, which is warmer and stronger against a white ceiling.

Wood is a natural material, so grain and tone vary between pieces and no two fittings are identical. The LED is integrated and not user-replaceable. Intended for indoor use in dry locations only. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician.
