Milk Glass Bubble Cluster Chandelier

Milk glass globes hung at staggered heights from a metal frame, arranged so the cluster reads as a group of bubbles rising rather than as a tidy row of lamps. The staggering is what gives the piece its depth: seen from the side the globes occupy real vertical space, and seen from below they fill the circle evenly.

Two configurations are offered. Six heads at 65 cm across and 65 cm high suits a dining table, a bedroom or a smaller living room. Nine heads at 85 by 85 cm is a centrepiece and needs a large dining room, an entrance hall or a stairwell with the height to take the full drop. Three frame finishes are available: white to disappear against a pale ceiling, black for a graphic industrial reading, and brass to warm the whole fitting. The milk glass conceals each bulb completely, so with six or nine sources in one room you get bright, even light and no glare at all, which is what makes a cluster like this practical as well as decorative.

Glass is finished individually, so slight variation between globes is normal. Bulbs are not included. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician, and the ceiling fixing must be rated for the full weight of the chandelier, which is substantial in the nine-head version.
