Retro Wood Grain Ceiling Light

A compact flush ceiling light with a wood grain effect applied over a metal body, giving the warmth of timber in a fitting that is easier to live with and lighter to mount than solid wood. The form is deliberately plain, a simple shallow disc, so the grain and the finish are what carry it rather than any decorative shape.

It was designed for the transitional spaces most people ignore when they plan lighting: an entryway, a balcony, a landing, a corridor, the top of a stairwell. In those places a hanging fitting is usually in the way and a bare downlight feels institutional, and a shallow flush fitting with some warmth to it solves both problems. Two sizes are offered, 28 by 10 cm for a small hallway or a repeat run along a corridor and 40 by 16 cm where the light needs more presence. Black gives a sharper, more graphic outline against a white ceiling; white lets the fitting recede almost entirely.

Made from metal with a wood grain finish. Direct wired, 110V-240V, G9 bulb base, CE and UL certified. Bulb is not included. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. For balcony use, fit only in a covered position that is not exposed to direct rain.
