Coloured Metal Ring Flush Mount Light

A plain metal ring mounted flush to the ceiling, about 17 cm deep in every size. There is nothing to it beyond the band of metal and the diffuser inside, which is what makes it so easy to use: it reads as a clean circle on the ceiling and never competes with anything else in the room.

Four finishes and three diameters give twelve combinations, which is unusual at this price. Black is graphic and industrial; grey is quieter and more urban; white disappears against a pale ceiling; gold warms the light and suits brass and walnut. At 30 cm the fitting works in a hallway, a landing or a small bedroom, and looks good in a run of two or three along a corridor. At 40 cm it suits a bedroom or a smaller dining room. At 50 cm it has the spread to be the main light in a living room or over a dining table. Because it sits flush, every size works in a room with a standard or low ceiling.

Bulbs are not included. Intended for indoor use in dry locations only. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician, and the ceiling fixing must be rated for the weight of the fitting.
