Helicopter Kids Ceiling Fan Light

The fixture is built as a helicopter: four blades forming the rotor, a shaped body beneath them, and the whole thing reading unmistakably as an aircraft rather than as an ordinary fan with a decal applied to it. That distinction matters to a child, and it is why a properly shaped fixture holds its appeal for longer than a themed sticker ever does.

Three colours are offered, blue, yellow and pink, all at the same price, and the LED has three colour settings so the light can be cool for playing and warm for settling down in the evening. That flexibility is genuinely useful in a room that has to be a playroom during the day and a bedroom at night.

It should be installed by a qualified electrician, and the ceiling fixing must be rated for the weight and movement of a fan. In a child's room, mount it high enough that it cannot be reached from a bed, a chair or a cot, and keep bunk beds and tall furniture clear of the blade path. Children should not be left to operate or play near a running fan unsupervised. Indoor use only; wipe the blades dry.
